Description:Our client is a start-up medical technology company specializing in disruptive technology used in anesthesia, CCU, ICU and ER’s. We are seeking an Executive Vice President of Sales to develop company sales and marketing strategies.
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Compensation: Base salary $250K plus commission
Responsibilities:
- Sales strategy
- Clinical sales (regional)
- Opening new regions
- Oversee marketing contractors
- P&L
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of medical device sales experience selling to hospitals, anesthesia ICU, CCU, ER, C-suite executives.
- Experience growing start-up medical device companies a plus
- Experience working or managing distribution networks.
- Proven history of sales success, growing business quickly.
- Past responsibilities of P&L for an organization.
- Past experience interacting with third party contractors, marketing
