Description:We are seeking a Senior Implementation Manager with healthcare experience. Our client is a growing technology company that enables laboratories to deliver a transformative digital health experience that benefits both patients and providers. They are currently seeking an implementation professional that will successfully manage all phases of complex projects, including planning, setting up, and assuring successful implementation of multiple projects thereby delivering complete customer satisfaction. A strong customer-centric approach is necessary, including a sincere desire to create and deliver value for customers.

Travel: Remote position with limited travel
Location: Remote
Compensation: Salaried, $130K+
Requirements:
● Bachelor degree or equivalent
● 5+ years of experience managing customer facing enterprise software projects and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget (at least 2+ years implementing Software-as-a-Service solutions).
● 5+ years of experience with supporting client process optimization and change management.
● Superior communication skills to convey customer objectives, success strategies, and customer insights for internal and external stakeholders.
● Excellent analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to learn a new system and creatively solve problems in a fast-paced startup environment.
● A dynamic personality with an eagerness to learn what the client needs and the ability to present technical ideas to non-technical audiences
Responsibilities: ● Manage implementation of the of the client’s Platform ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery and guidance to project resources and our customers providing impactful solutions. ● Plan, organize, and manage all phases of a project to ensure customer satisfaction. ● Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge and expertise of the client’s products, including partner products as appropriate for your role. ● Be customer-centric in style and approach, with a genuine desire to create and deliver value for customers throughout the project and deliver an outstanding experience. ● Collaborate with internal teams to proactively uncover additional customer needs and support documenting client requirements and expectations. ● Adopt and promote client’s implementation methodology ● Provide expertise in resolving advanced issues for existing customers.
Education Requirements: Bachelor degree or equivalent
