Description:We are seeking a Vice-President of Sales and Marketing with experience working in the medical device industry in a senior leadership role. Our client is a global supplier of surgical equipment and devices for the operating room.
Compensation: Base salary $175-200K plus bonus potential
Location: Cleveland, OH. Willing to Relocate
Requirements: Necessary and desirable qualifications include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Minimum of 7+ years of sales management and marketing experience with a direct sales team and distribution network.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills required
• Must have prior experience in a clinical/healthcare/medical device environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technical or marketing or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Must have the ability to travel significantly as may be required to achieve goals, including international travel.
• Specialized training, such as advanced sales training, a plus
Responsibilities: Responsible for collaboratively developing and executing global sales and marketing strategies to achieve continuous revenue growth and exceed year-over-year sales growth while contributing to the overall profitability. The VP leads the Sales and Marketing teams and participates as a Leadership Team member. Responsible for executing powerful product launches and strong marketing and sales programs. This position will build strategic partnerships with current and future customers and will position the company brand as an industry leader.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technical or marketing or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience Requirements: Minimum of 7+ years of sales management and marketing experience with a direct sales team and distribution network. Must have international sales leadership experience.
