Description:Our client is a leading medical device company who is seeking a Vice President of Sales with deep experience in the medical device space – particularly within ICU and OR environments – and strong, existing relationships across hospital systems. This position requires a proven leader who can both sell directly and build a team over time.
Compensation: Generous and competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission plan.
Location: USA – National position. Located near a major airport
Requirements:
- 10+ years selling experience into hospitals/ IDN’s
- 5+ years experience leading field teams
- Deep experience selling to CNO, Quality/Safety leaderships. Comfort with biomed and IT reviews.
- Experience selling to hospital intensive care units and operating rooms.
- Experience / Knowledge in skin/wound care and pressure relieving devices a plus.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher. Master's preferred
