Description:Our client is a well-established small medical device company specializing in surgical products and instruments.. We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to supervise, train, and coach Customer Service Representatives to achieve a high level of performance. This person will manage international sales orders activities and develop working relationships with the company’s international distributors.
Base salary: $70-80K
Location: Worcester, MA or Shrewsbury, MA
Requirements:
Minimum 4-year college degree.
2+ years’ experience as a manager in Customer Service.
Excellent communication skills required – can listen, learn, and apply.
Proficient with computers – Windows, Microsoft Office, ERP.
Detail-oriented and patient.
Can prioritize and multitask workflow.
