Choosing a recruiting firm is an important decision. You need more than a database of résumés—you need a recruiting partner who understands your industry, knows what successful sales professionals look like, and has the experience to identify candidates who can make a difference.
Global Edge Recruiting has specialized in medical sales recruitment since 1997, with a focus on finding sales, marketing, clinical, and executive professionals for companies throughout the medical and healthcare industries.
Our experience includes recruiting for medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, dental, and veterinary organizations, from emerging companies and start-ups to established and Fortune 500 organizations.
Our Medical Sales Recruiting Niche
Medical and healthcare sales are specialized fields. The right candidate often needs more than general sales experience. Depending on the position, employers may need professionals with experience selling into hospitals, health systems, physician practices, laboratories, surgery centers, IDNs, specialty clinics, or other healthcare environments.
Because medical sales recruitment is our specialty, we understand the experience and qualifications that can matter for different types of sales positions. Our recruiters know how to evaluate a candidate’s sales background, industry experience, accomplishments, territory responsibility, customer relationships, and career goals.

Experienced Recruiters
Our recruiting team brings experience in healthcare, human resources, business, and sales. We understand that every hiring assignment is different, and we take the time to understand the position, the company, the sales organization, and the type of professional who will be successful in the role.
We don’t believe that the candidate with the most impressive résumé is automatically the best candidate. The goal is to identify professionals whose experience, accomplishments, abilities, and career objectives align with your specific hiring requirements.
Proactive Candidate Identification — Not Just Job Posting
One of the biggest differences between traditional job advertising and professional recruiting is the ability to actively seek qualified candidates.
Our recruiters continually network with medical sales and healthcare professionals and use a variety of recruiting strategies to identify potential candidates. This proactive approach can help employers reach experienced professionals who may not be actively applying for positions.
Prescreened, Qualified Candidates
We understand that your time is valuable. That’s why candidates are prescreened against the qualifications and requirements established for your position before they are presented to you.
Our interview and hiring method focuses on a candidate’s accomplishments, sales performance, career progression, skills, and overall fit with the opportunity.
This allows you to spend more of your time interviewing candidates who have already been evaluated against the requirements of your search.
Experience Building Sales Teams
Global Edge Recruiting has helped companies build sales organizations, expand into new markets, fill open territories, and recruit professionals for critical sales and leadership positions.
Our experience includes positions ranging from Sales Representatives and Account Managers to Regional Managers, Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-level executives, as well as specialized clinical and technical positions.
Whether you need to fill one critical position or build an entire sales team, we can tailor our recruiting efforts to your objectives.

Recruiting for Specialized Healthcare Market
The best hiring decisions consider both sides of the equation.
We want to understand what your company needs from a candidate—but we also want to understand what motivates the professionals we recruit. Compensation, career progression, management style, company culture, geography, territory, responsibilities, and long-term career goals can all influence whether a candidate is the right fit.
That is why our goal is not simply to send you candidates. Our goal is to help create the right match between the professional and the organization. Our specialization in healthcare recruitment helps us find top sales talent to meet your hiring needs.
A Recruiting Partner, Not Just a Recruiting Vendor
Our clients often view Global Edge Recruiting as an extension of their internal hiring team. We work closely with employers throughout the search, communicate feedback, and adjust our recruiting strategy as your needs evolve.
