Description:Our client is a nationwide distributor of aesthetic products and medical devices. We are searching for an Area Vice-President of Sales to manage 2-4 field sales managers. This position is a hands-on field execution and strategic sales management. If you enjoy leading from the field and have experience selling and managing people within the aesthetic market, we would like to speak with you. We are looking for individuals who know and understand the aesthetic market. In this role, you and your sales team will call on physicians and medical spas.
Location: Tampa, FL
Territory: West Coast of Florida – and going as far east as Jacksonville, including Orlando.
Salary: Base plus uncapped commissions. Total compensation ranges from 100-300K. Car allowance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
5+ years of proven sales experience.
2+ years of leadership and sales management experience.
Past success in aesthetic device sales is required.
